Introduction

VHF Solution Unipessoal Lda has established a CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) to handle and mitigate potential cybersecurity incidents affecting our services or clients.

Scope of CSIRT Activities

  1. Monitoring and managing security incidents related to our infrastructure or services.
  2. Assisting clients in the identification, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
  3. Promoting cybersecurity awareness and providing preventive measures.

How to Report an Incident

If you identify or suspect a cybersecurity incident, please contact our CSIRT team immediately:

  • Details Required: A clear description of the issue, date and time of occurrence, affected systems, and any relevant logs or evidence.

Response Times

Our team will acknowledge receipt of your report within [specify time, e.g., 24 hours] and initiate the investigation process.

Confidentiality

All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality, and information will only be shared as necessary to address the incident.

A VHF Solution Unipessoal Lda estabeleceu uma Equipa de Resposta a Incidentes de Segurança (CSIRT) para lidar e mitigar possíveis incidentes de cibersegurança que afetem os nossos serviços ou clientes.
